The Club Administration Service (CAS) Office at the University of Ottawa is the central hub for all undergraduate student clubs and associations affiliated with the University of Ottawa Students’ Union (UOSU). We provide comprehensive support to 300 undergraduate clubs, offering resources, guidance, and opportunities to ensure the successful operation and growth of each club.
All club applications and requests are submitted through the UOSU Portal, which serves as the primary platform for clubs to access UOSU resources.

We manage the registration and renewal process for all student clubs, ensuring compliance with UOSU policies and helping clubs maintain their recognized status.

CAS oversees the distribution of funding, assisting clubs in applying for financial support and ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to enhance club activities.

Held at the start of each semester, the Club Fair is a major event where students can explore and join various clubs on campus. This is an excellent opportunity for clubs to showcase their activities and attract new members.
At the start of major processes, such as club funding or annual renewals period, we hold information sessions to ensure that clubs are well-informed about the systems, procedures and policies in place.
The work of the UOSU is conducted on unceded and unsurrended Algonquin Anishinaabe territory.
