Position: Operations Coordinator
Hours of work: 20 hours/week
Wage: $ 21/hour, increases and benefits per the Collective Agreement
Reporting to: Director of Business Development
This position is unionized as an A-1 (Coordinator) position with CUPE 4943.
Preference will be given to candidates of equity-seeking groups and bilingual (French, English or a North American Indigenous language) applicants. Please note that the interview will be held in both English and French if you state that you are bilingual, while candidates who speak an Indigenous language will be asked to provide proof of language proficiency from a language teacher, community leader or Elder.

Job description
The operations coordinator is a multi-skilled position whose mission is to assist the Operations Manager in managing the store; they participate in operational tasks and contribute to the company’s business development. They also provide support for team leadership and store support functions, particularly in terms of communication and financial monitoring.
