Position: Clerk of the Board of Directors
Hours: Occasional; on average 10-15 hours a week, starting October 2024 and ending April 30, 2025.
Wage: $20/hr.
Reporting to: Chair of the Board of Directors
Preference will be given to candidates of equity-seeking groups and bilingual (French, English or a North American Indigenous language) applicants. Please note that the interview will be held in both English and French if you state that you are bilingual, while candidates who speak an Indigenous language will be asked to provide proof of language proficiency from a language teacher, community leader or Elder.

Job Description
The UOSU is looking for a Clerk for its Board of Directors! The Clerk will take meeting minutes, support Committee Chairs, and complete other administrative tasks during monthly meetings of the UOSU Board of Directors, as well as many of the Board’s Committees.
